Me and My Shadow

It's a political cartoon. Do you understand it? I hope this is neutral enough so that both sides of the fence can enjoy it. This IS what's happening, after all.
In recent news, Cindy Sheenan camped outside of Bush's Texas ranch while he's on vacation. A lot of anti-war protestors flocked to the same area in support of her. (Cindy is the lady in the back with the "Why" sign.) A USA Today news article explicitly used the word "Shadow" in reference to the anti-war protestors watching his every move. That triggered this idea. None of those people are copy & pasted either - they're all fresh.
Bush is wearing a suit because he IS our president. He's wearing Haiwaiian shorts because they indicate a vacation, and cowboy boots, because he seems to like being a cowboy. He has 4 fingers (Thumb not pictured) because this IS a cartoon. His face is lined with worry - the face was awkward to draw this time.
